This blog was started to raise awareness and funds for Wyatt, a precious little boy with down syndrome who is sadly an orphan. Due to the current adoption ban, Wyatt is unable to be adopted by Americans. Now all we can do is pray for Wyatt to be adopted and know the love of a family. Wyatt will always be a part of this blog and I hope someday to be able to update that he has been adopted. I will continue advocating for orphans in hopes of more people becoming aware of the orphan crisis. Thank you for being a part of this with me.

nothing better than sticky, grimy little hands :)
Play with me Mommy!
But don't touch my trucks!
Digging and filling holes, chasing spiders away, watching butterflies dance around the yard that needs a good mowing, the sun hot on our backs.
Can I sit in your lap?
Snuggling with my precious son, he'll be 3 soon but he is still my little guy.
He is mine and I am his.
I love this time with him.
Looking at him, with his fine hair, dirty face and sweet gentle smile.
this is how it should be.
A little boy having fun, getting dirty, feeling the sun warm on his face.
Did you know in some countries they do not allow children to sit on the ground believing it is bad for them?
they would go into shock seeing my children romp in the yard in bare feet!
Could you imagine being outside but stuck in a stroller? Sitting and watching. At least it is a change from all the sitting and watching they do indoors.
What are little boys?
an unexpectedly warm day is made to be enjoyed.
To play and spin around in the grass.
there is something magical about bubbles floating up to the sky.
That is what children should be enjoying.
And that is what Jason should be doing.
Instead he is doing this.
From someone who spent over 30 hours loving on him in June:
He has cerebral palsy, for sure, and he also has hydrocephaly, although he has no shunt and his head is not large. He displays autistic-like behaviors, but I also think that he is deaf, he will be getting testing down soon. But suffice to say that at this point, he is very delayed both physically and cognitively. But he is extremely sweet. I just adored him. He is so magnetic ... he pulled me all the way to Eastern Europe just to see him.
Jason has over $3,400 in his adoption fund and a very determined supporter who loves him dearly. She has taken several videos of Jason in hopes that a family will see him and see in him their son.
Please see Jason.
Are you his and is he yours?
